Services and Scope

{{brand_name}} offers professional photography services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, and commercial shoots. The scope of services, including the duration, location, and specific deliverables, will be agreed upon in advance between {{brand_name}} and the client, as outlined in the booking agreement or contract.

Booking and Payments

To secure our services, a non-refundable booking fee or retainer, as specified in the booking agreement, is required. This fee reserves the date and time of the shoot exclusively for the client. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other mutually agreed-upon method, as specified in the booking agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If the client wishes to cancel the agreed-upon services, the booking fee is non-refundable. In the event of a rescheduling request by the client, {{brand_name}} will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date and time. However, availability cannot be guaranteed, and any additional costs incurred due to the rescheduling will be the responsibility of the client.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All photographs taken by {{brand_name}} are protected by copyright laws. The client understands and agrees that {{brand_name}} retains all rights to the images, including the right to use them for promotional purposes, portfolio display, competitions, publications, and social media sharing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes. This license allows the client to print, share, and display the images for personal use only, excluding any commercial or promotional use.

Damage to Equipment

The client shall be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the equipment of {{brand_name}} during the provision of services. In the event of damage or loss, the client agrees to reimburse {{brand_name}} for the repair or replacement costs of the damaged equipment.

Client Cooperation and Conduct

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to {{brand_name}}, including the event schedule, location details, and any specific requirements. The client will ensure a conducive and respectful environment for {{brand_name}} and their staff during the shoot.

Limitation of Liability

{{brand_name}} will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the services. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, {{brand_name}} cannot be held liable for any delays, loss, or damages arising from such situations. {{brand_name}} shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the provision of the services.
